It’s something that we would boost in general in all aspects of our life and that is to keep learned and educated. It was very important to learn about the vegan lifestyle.

We get so few questions about vegan nutrition, vegan ethics, plant-based nutrition, vegan recipes, and of course so much more.

→Plant-Based Nutrition Second Edition (idiots guide) by Julieanna Hever and Raymond J. Cronise



This is at the top of my list, not directly because it was my most recent buy but because it gives a great vision into how and why a plant-based diet is beneficial for our health. This is the second edition and co-authored by Ray Cronise whose work I have followed over the past few years.

I bought this book when it was first published back in 2011 not long after approving a plant-based diet. It was one of the books that helped reinforce my perspective that a plant-based in fact a vegan diet can be beneficial for health.


→Becoming Vegan by Brenda David and Vesanto Melina


I have listen to Becoming Vegan called the (Encyclopaedia) of vegan nutrition. Certainly, Becoming Vegan provides a lot of thing you need to know about staying healthy on a vegan diet.
